As a Good Citizen

The City of St. Albert has identified a host of priorities that have been articulated in their corporate governance documents.  SAS Sports & Entertainment Group has done likewise for its St. Albert Sports City at this stage of its development. 

These listed priorities are not necessarily in order of precedence:

1.  Provide a quality integrated real estate development that makes St. Albert a better place to live.

2.  Make a valuable contribution to the tax base of the City of St. Albert through higher residential density and additional commercial development.

3.  Create a sports and recreation complex with special programs that will establish St. Albert as a Centre of Excellence for sports in Alberta and beyond.

4.  Extend the Red Willow Trail System to St. Albert Sports City and Carrot Creek.

5.  Create more local employment opportunities.

6.  Comply with Smart Growth Objectives.

7.  Create a "green" and "clean" community.
